As you may be aware the fee for Mansfield at Park West did not increase in 2011 from 2010.The Board of Directors worked dilegently in securing competitive pricing for all services in your community. This year we have scheduled power washing,pine straw twice,flowers,landscape maintenance, water and sewer, electric, termite bonding, just to name a few.
