Dear Homeowners,
I would like to wish you all a Happy Holiday and express how much I have enjoyed working with your new board. Your board is very interested in any concerns you have and would like to schedule a meeting after the first of the year to hear from you. We did not have many show for the Annual Meeting, so I would like to encourage you to come to the meeting when it is scheduled. I will email you when this is scheduled.
As a new board, they recognize that a few things could be done to improve the community and would love to work with the community on the highest priorities. As your manager, I would love to meet you all and hope to see you in the near future.
In the new year, the board has approved to add some lighting to the front entrance so that visibility is increased from the main street in Park West. This consideration was made after several of you made that suggestion at the annual meeting. The board took the suggestions and placed a priority on each one and will address them as funds are available. Each of them have committed their time to you and your community and are eager to make Mansfield a great place to live.
